Restore Attachments from Links is a handy add-in for Microsoft Outlook that allows you to restore the attachments that were saved to a local folder and replaced with links. The attachments can be exported with another Outlook add-in such as Replace Attachments with Links.
This add-in allows you to process one email or all the emails from a folder. You only need to select the folder and to specify the attachment name. You can use wildcards in order to replace certain attachments.
